Our Velvety delightful European Sipping Chocolate




Sipping Chocolate is to the lover of fine chocolate what espresso is to the lover of fine coffee and our sipping Chocolate is the ultimate chocolate indulgence. 
This Velvet textures chocolate is produced using a blend of 4 high grade swiss couverture chocolates ranging from milk to very dark, salt and spices.
Serving size recommendations and directions for Four 3 oz demi cup servings:
Melt 2oz (or 6 tablespoons) into about 2 tablespoons of simmering water in a pot. Lower flame - once tempered and smooth, add 2/3 cup of heated milk (any type, or half/half). The more of the mix is used, the thicker the drinking chocolate will get. 
Stir until very hot and pour into your demi cups or two larger mugs. (select from our Chocolate lover mugs)

Big stocks drive down Arabica prices

Arabica prices are low and probably about to go lower, thanks to bumper crops in Latin America and elsewhere.

Futures prices touched $1.5345 a pound, the lowest since June, on Nov. 1 before rebounding slightly. One commodities specialist told the Wall Street Journal that prices might drop as low as $1.40.
